Fastest way to build muscle

 

Since I started training, I have shifted my perspective on building muscle mass, and how to train effectivly. This, I guess, is a product of becoming obsessed with body building, and becoming more educated on the subject while the results flow in!

For most beginner or intermediate weight trainers, you want the fastest way to build muscle so that you can start to really target dropping body fat, toning that muscle bulk or any number of other goals. Pretty much, once you have that solid hard muscle, the world is your oyster to do with it as you please!

I learnt the fastest way to build muscle from the ebook 'Non Nonsense Muscle Building'. Its like my bible, and I have pretty much built my website and my training all around it. I'll share with you a broad overview of the fast muscle builing secrets I learnt from it:

You want to really isolate, isolate, isolate! Dont just take the attitude "Weights is weights". For example, I wanted to really work on my quadriceps, as I felt it was a weakness of my body. 'No Nonsense' taught me how to apply that muscle to each type of leg workout I did, for a set period of time, and how to get the blood flow pumping to that area (pre and post workout) so that I can deliver the muscle the mass building bloodflow and oxygen so it built up as fast as possible.

When I would do my legpress, deadlifts and squats, I learnt to completely isolate that muscle area and pump it on each set, so it rapidly increased in size. It took me a week and a half, to go from a mediocre set of quads, to having my veins showing through and the skin becoming taught! The lean mass just piled on.

Since first doing these techinques on my quads, I have applied it to most areas that I wanted to work on. Biceps, chest, tripceps, delts and calves are all areas that 'No Nonsense' will help you successfully craft into ripped and bulked up trophies.

Of course, I used the supplement and diet tips that 'No Nonsense' taught me to. As this was invaluable to getting my body onto the right dietry 'size massing' platform. Yup, its protien and creatine and the stack of common additional muscle supplements, but not as you know it!
