If you've spent effort, time, money etc etc etc on trying to get your fat levels under control over the long term, Im super glad youve found my web blog. This really is one mans story of how the battle to control the bulge led to an amazing journey which I want to share with the world so no one has to go through what I went through to get the body they want.

I want to share with everyone out there, with even the smallest interest in body fat loss, the amazing lengths I went through to end up where I am today, at an amazing (well, for me!) 10% body fat.

I, most probably like many others out there and possibly like you, tried a HUGE number of methods to get my fat pads, stomach, waist, thighs and buttocks under complete control.

To introduce myself, my name is Jeremy Cooper and I blog for YOU here now, as a fat loss campaigner! I spent years desperatly trying to have that body I wanted. You know the one, that one you see on the guys at the beach enjoying topless volleyball, at the pool sunbathing with the hot girl, or in the awesome fitting shirt out on the town. Perhaps for the girls out there its that body you see walking along the beach in a hot bikini, or showing off in tight slinky jeans and an exposed tight, slim mid-section.

Well thats where I wanted to be, I mean dont we all? After eating junkfood and drinking through my teens and early twenties, I found my self approaching 30 with a belly, big thighs, fat pads around my waist and the beginnings of a double chin. Heck, even as a teenager I had always considered myself to be a chubbier and less defined kid than most. I secretly worried about my body image, and when I first went about trying to fix my body, I had thought that perhaps I was just genetically disadvantaged. The first few diets I tried certainly didnt help me to think otherwise, and heres my first huge discovery:

Your'e not genitically dis-advantaged, you can have the body you desire.

Understand this: Body 'type' or 'shape' doesnt mean anything. Crash diets WILL NOT change your body long term. They are temporary shifts in inputs and outputs that do not correct the core processes that keep fat off.

I tried Aitkens but my body hated me for it

The first shocker I experienced was the 'Aitkens diet', it also goes under such names as 'Low Carb', 'Protein diet' or the 'Stone age diet' amongst numerous other names. The thing was, any weight I found I lost, I ended up rapidly putting on within weeks of finishing the diet. All I really got from doing this was a headache and stomach cramps from eating horrible amounts of meat and proteins! Long term worries about diabetes also increased my desire to drop the aitkens program. It was at this point, I thought there must be a better way.

I turned to fatloss drugs. Never again..

While searching the net for a bit of information, I cam across some ads for fatloss pills, that supposidly mobilised fat and increased metabolism. They assured me I could lead the lifestyle I wanted, and keep an unchanged diet while the pounds shed off. It seemed unreal! I must admit, I got caught up and ordered a 6month supply. What followed was a dissapointing period of more weight gain, more pain and more money down the drain. I was starting to feel like I had to accept that I was going to be unhappy with myself for the rest of my years. My family and friends had picked up on my depressed state, and a close friend suggested I join her health club gym and see what I thought.

Hey, im busy. The gym life didnt suit me.

At this point in my life, so many people around me were joining health clubs and fitness centres, I figured that I must really try it out and even though my life was already busy as can be, I battled away with early mornings and lunchtime gym sessions.

To be honest, it lasted about 2months! I kept paying my fitness club subscription for a further 2 years as I was to ashamed to be labled a quitter by my mates, and spent over 18 months forming excuses for not turning upto regular sessions, and telling lies about the amount of times I went to the gym in an average month. It got to the point were I thought 'this is beyond a joke!' and I decided I didnt need anyone in my life dictating why, where and when I should be going to a fitness centre. Not to mention the cost of keeping a membership I knew Id never ever justify. It became to much, and I fronted up at the gym counter to cancel my membership.

The turning point in my life came while sitting at that gym reception filling in my cancellation form. There in a display case on the table beside me was a brochure for a new type of fatloss educational program called "Burn the fat feed the muscle".

My life took a great new direction

But I didnt want to get muscly or turn into the hulk, so why would I look at this?... I read on, and the script reveled that the fatloss program was BASED on the same un-failing principles that world class body builders and scupltors have used for decades- to not only reduce and eliminate fat, but keep it off for exactly as long as they desire, often for many years. Intrigued by what I was reading, and really not ready to give up on getting my dream body, I took the brochure and looked up 'Burn the fat feed the muscle' when I got home. I had never bought an e-product before but was reasonably familier with the format in PDF and the ease of use and speed of delivery was very helpful. I ordered the program straight away, and was simply blown away by the results that I achieved within the first week. Check me out below, a pic of me only 3 weeks into my new program.

What I learnt was revolutinary on several levels, I learnt from Tom, who penned the system, some awesome information including:

-Why commercial products, drugs and equipment is designed to keep you buying and buying, to fatten the pockets of multi million dollar companies.

-Why trial and error diets are a big mistake when you dont know the processes that apply to YOUR body and what YOU should be doing to lose weight.

-Why arm-chair experts, doctors, nutritionists and the general public are very economical with the truth behind losing weight, and simply, why many of them are completly bloody wrong.

-Why lean athletes, body builders and body sculptors are the true walking proof of what Tom knows and what Tom urges you to do now. (Tom is a 3.7% body fat walking, talking monument to his program)

I cant really give to much of the secrets away, as im sure Tom would not be happy, but you can easily get a copy with bonus offers by going to this page

Heres why I completly recommend it:

Tom is no nonsense and cuts to the chase. This is evident in his product advertising. Theres no fluff, no fill in and no crap. Its what you need to know, and gets results rapidly and sustainibly.

In my opinion, the awesome results I achieved are very long term (2 years on) and were much easier to get compared to shock diets, gym training and drug use. I was very satisfied with the learning process and I have discovered alot more about how MY body works in response to what I feed it and how I treat it. It was unbelievably cheap to, and blew anything else into the water for outright value. Overall, im most happy with the fact that I dont have to resort to drugs to get the results I have always dreamt of.

Im so glad I went down the path I ended up on. It was a great find, I only wish I had found it sooner, and not wasted my time and effort and HUGE amounts of money (which I'll never recover) on the ordinary methods that are blasted into our psyche, day in day out by the money-hungry corporations that run the weighloss mis-information industry. It really is a shame that it is allowed to carry on, however, and I hope like me, you'll take the next step and live out the rest of your life in that dream body you KNOW you want and can have.

Regards and best wishes for your body success,

Jeremy Cooper.
