What foods
give you the best muscle building platform? You might know that
some foods are definitly beter than others for building solid
hard muscle mass.
Its no
secret that high protein muscle
building foods will supply your natural muscles with the
fuel they need for growth. I learnt a heck of a lot about the
sort of foods I needed to eat to get my results, from a great
resource that I got (and you can get) free with the
'No
Nonsense' muscle building bible. Its
called 'The 84 day Healthy Muscle Mass Plan' and it
really puts you on the right path. Lets now look at some
of the secrets it offers:
-First off,
you have to eat the food you eat in the right patterns and at
the right times. Its always best to have a structure or routine
for what muscle building
foods you eat.
-Second,
make sure to get in the right amount of food to suit the
intensity of your training. Dont consume lots of great food in
the weeks that you arent putting in that effort at the gym.
Still eat quality food, but drop it back so you match your
supply with your bodys demand.
-Third, get
the right mix of vitamins and nutrients. Dont just stack up on
meat meat meat! Mix in quality fibres, fruits and fresh juices
to keep the digestive system in top order. This is so you dont
get sick, and so your body can absorb those muscle building
foods in the most efficient way.
-Next,
always get quality protein in. You want a solid 30grams per
meal, or per serve. This might be in a shake, in a bar or from
natural meats like tuna or chicken or beef. This is the most
important part! Get this right and the results will pile on.
You want to be eating this 30g serve of protien 3 times a day
on the days that your trianing hard and twice on your days
off.
-Finally,
ensure that your eating your muscle building foods at the right
times of the day and consistentley. Try to not pile in the 3
serves of protein at once, or cram before bed time etc. Eat
slowly, but consistintantly through the day, and make sure your
getting in alot of water and fluids with what you eat. Try and
eat relaxed, and let your body absorb all the quality muscle
building foods that your pumping in.
Its not
cheap to keep up a proper and decent muscle building
diet, so make sure you do the best with what
muscle building
foods your eating.
