Muscle Building Supplements

If you want to really get your body to the next level, people will recommend muscle building supplements. They certainly are good, if you use them both in the right way, in the right combinations, and at the right times.

There are good and bad ways to take muscle building supplements, and you want to ensure you dont waste your money pissing out $100's of dollars worth of pills and powders and see no results. I started using supplements in the wrong way my first time, and I learnt the hard way on how to do it properly.

With most types of muscle building supplements (ie creatine, glutamine) you cant just scoff it down willy nilly, and expect it to do what the bottle says. You have to build upto it, and build the levels in your body so that it gets used to relying on the supplement being there, in both the workout and the recovery phases.

Especially when creatine is concerned, you need good levels of it in order to get the mass into the muscles, and see the size. The most ideal way to take it is to build it up in your system, and have a plan in mind for loading phases and for maintenance phases.

What I do, is what I learnt in the 'No Nonsense Muscle Building' book/bible, and that is to use creatine in a week load, week maintain pattern. I also stack it with a recomended group of other muscle building supplements, and I credit this stack to giving me about a 15-20% boost in results for muscle growth and lean-ness. That boost might just be the breakthrough your seeking to get to the next level!

Also, stacking them correctly gives you way more strength and endurance. It supports your body's natural immunity system and bolsters your recovery times from a hard core workout.

My favourite and recommended muscle building supplements stack for fast muscle building is creatine, glutamine, tibulus terrous and BCAA's (branched chain amino acids) in pill form. Its the best value stacking combo, for the results you get.

Im also going to experiment with 'nitrogen' enhancing muscle building supplements soon, to see how that works out. I'll put the results up when I do!
