Theres a
cool tradeoff in body building, that Ive come to respect alot.
Its called 'How little work can I do, to get the most results!"
Its a common no brainer with muscle mass building, and I
myself, have grasped every oppertunity, that has allowed me to
increase my results without upping my training time or
intensity.
I already
train pretty hard, and dont have the time to get carried away
and spend all week in the gym. 3-4 times a week is ideal. Its
