Muscle Mass
Increase
Initiating
muscle mass increase is often harder to do than actually
getting the results once your started. Muscle responds
to three inputs, that is a food source, bloodflow and the
rebuilding process from being worked.
For myself,
I applied these principles as I found out about them in the
"No Nonsense Muscle
Building" program, by weight training guru Vince
Delmonte. Wat I learnt from the chapters dedicated to
increasing muscle mass, set me up to better apply my workouts
to target the results I wanted.
For me, I
had two areas that I wanted to get particular results with.
These were the chest, and the biceps. I think that the physique
looks great with a thickset chest, and solid biceps. 'No
Nonsense Muscle Building' showed me the best workouts to get
fast results for these areas. In addition, I learnt the best
combinations of sets to gain these results.
Whereas
beforehand, I would start my routine with a traditional warm up
cardio set, maybe 15mins bike or run, then stretch before
getting into my weight lifting. Vince's program suggested a
different method, If i wantd to build the most muscle on the
area I was working on. For the chest for example, I now go on
the elliptical rider to warm up. The way, I pump the blood
through my chest, NOT into my legs, before I train
them.
This,
combined with taking the right supplements, has meant
that before i start to do a hard chest set, my pecs
are already pumping creatine and protien rich blood into the
area im targeting! It made a great difference to my chest size,
within a week.
That was
just one of the chest secrets I applied from 'No Nonsense
Muscle building'. To learn all the secrets you going to have to
shell out the $77.00 for it that I did! Theres no use me paying
for it, and spilling all the secrets out over my
website!
