Vince Delmonte have to offer you? Will his advice and training
scematic live upto the hype?
Im aiming
to present a real life overview of his product, and I hope that
you come away with a better idea of wether or not this product
is for you. I have bought Vinces ebook, and have implemented it
completely as he recommends, so how does it stack up? Be sure
to read my entire review, and gain a full appreciation of the
entire process he recommends in doing so.
One thing
that struck me from the start, with 'No Nonsense Muscle
Building' was that Vince is not out to pull heart
strings, and try and score the popular vote. His book is
sqyuarly aimed at those who wish to take control and do
something positive about their body. He promises you that
if you listen to him, and commit yourself to what he teaches,
you can have any body you desire-in this case, a muscular
one.
Vinces 'no
nonsense' approach starts from the first line. He tells you
that he doesnt accept any of the traditional exucses that
people use, such as poor genetics or lack of ability to put on
size. Vince shows u how to overcome these 'obsticles' and backs
it up with many cases where hes reversed peoples
'un-fortunes'... as proof of his word.

all your excuses and has you on your way to that

are the building blocks of good muscle building
practise, and Vince reminds you that without these 9
ideas, you will never be able to rapidly achieve your
muscular goals. I liked in particular how Vince does a
good job of explaning these 9 principles in user
friendly language, so that your can acutally understand
and use them for your routines.
An area within the growth
principles that I got particualr benefit out of, was
the area of recovery. Vince outlined that this is so
very essential to proper muscle growth, and he devotes
2 chapters to the best way to ensure that your body
recovers correctly, this being so important because its
at this time when you build the most muscle (infact all
of your lean muscle mass!)

Vince doesnt just offer
advice and 9 principles to train on, he makes sure you
are crucially aware of how to structure and work a
proper routine. He bases his training at the gym on 3
intense but fast sessions, that accelarate the muscle
fatigue process and enhance mass muscle
building.
One cool feature I use
all the time, is the 52 week workout planner, that you
get full access to with 'No Nonsense Muscle Building'.
This calculator tool gives you a program that is
completely structured and spans a whole year. Its great
because it completely blueprints the training process
for the coming year, so you know exactly what you have
